Our local sherrif made the decision to institute these camera’s, and when asked stated they had helped in recent missing person’s location as why they are a good idea. I feel like it should be turned on them, and would support local efforts to do this.
It is a violation of a person’s privacy IMHO. Any use of should at least require a search warrant to protect citizens from abuse, as any power given always in time is abused.
