In today’s world I must stay in constant prayer. The purposeful ineptitude would make an average person lose it. I find I must constantly pray for grace and patience, though I might occasionally cuss as a way to get the anger and frustration out. Greed has overtaken every industry, and customer non-service relies on some poor third world agent locked out of a system control to repeat non-sensical scripts like somehow they have magical powers in doing such. They do not! They are able to see details but have no power to correct system errors effecting the cause of the call. Due to long ago doing the same in many of my latest calls, back then I had access and would correct the issue with seconds to minutes once the cause was realized. Those days are gone, and now poor agents are mere script readers who can not really effect solutions, after spending countless time dealing with AI Bots to even get a live human. Sad and pathetic what the average service business has DEVOLVED to. Good luck out there people, take time to pray and somehow someway, if your persist you just might get some form of resolution……Don’t hold your breath……..
